Return & Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our machines, we generally do not accept returns or refunds once production begins.

Exceptions may apply only in the following cases:

1. Non-compliance with Contract: If the delivered machine significantly differs from the agreed specifications.

2. Quality Issues: Verified defects that affect functionality (must be reported within 7 days of delivery).

Process for Valid Claims:

- Customer must provide video evidence and a detailed report.

- We will first propose repairs or replacements. Refunds (partial or full) are considered only if no resolution is reached.

Note:

- A 50% deposit is non-refundable after production starts.

- Shipping costs for returns/replacements are borne by the customer unless the fault is confirmed as ours.
